Even if the application interface is pretty self explanatory, please find as follows an handy summary of all the features.

Insertion

To insert a new record in the archive you can choose between two possibilities:
  1. Manual adjustment: (slower but more efficient) you must write a header and an amount to save the record, and optionally you can choose to change the date by clicking on the "date", add a note, and take a picture
  2. Photo Shoot: (quicker) take a new picture and stores it, then it will be possible to set header, amount and date.

Consultation

To see your data in the database, you can check all your records ordered by header, amount and date by clicking on "Archive" and of course you can search into the archive by clicking on zoom.
By dragging your finger from left to right on.


Protection

To protect the archive from indiscreet eyes you will only have to
click on the padlock at the top right and set a password, that will be asked to access to operations like setting or deactivating password, export, and examination of the exported
data. By deactivating the protection of files, the password is
automatically deleted and therefore you will need to provide a new
password for subsequent activations.
PayLog uses the multitasking and the application is not turned off by
clicking the home button of the device, but it remains active; to
prevent security problems, if you are in a protected area and you come
temporarily out the application, when you reopen the application the
main menu will appear and you will not be able to delete existing
data, but only add new ones.


Import and Export

To export and import data to your PC or Mac, it will only be necessary
to click on "Import / Export" and follow the instructions. After the
export you will be able to verify the correctness of the exported
files.

By selecting a payment from the archive, you open a dedicated page,
where it will be possible to delete and modify data, also send them by
email by clicking on the button at the bottom left, and when a picture
was also taken for payment it will be possible to print it using the
button on the bottom bar.

Cancellation

To delete the entire contents of the Archive, simply click the Delete
Data. A confirmation of cancellation will be asked and it will be
shown the number of elements and their size. Data can be also deleted
individually by a gesture "swipe" (drag from left to right) in the
Archives, or by clicking the trash to each payment. Or can you delete
only the image of a record by double clicking on it.
